In the end its the market that makes the price… not usda..so many seems to market based on what usda says and that why the haters… but they do forget the bullish numbers usda puts out.. they are easily forgotten…
So what your saying is that the USDA numbers are not used to change the market price? Then explain the leaked reports and the movement we always see.
