| Cows have to be milked and milk has to be cooled. When an break down like that occurs we try to be loaded and on the road in 30 minutes.
You learn to ask the right questions and generally it’s pretty much diagnosed before leaving the shop so with that and a stocked truck it’s not to bad.
Also I just tell them I have an hour and half drive, it’s going to be xxx time til I get there. They understand it is what it is. A lot of times the will have it tore apart ready for me to just reassemble it with the new parts.
