If it is a fendt under goldstar warranty there is a 48 hour uptime guarantee. That is in the dealer contract with AGCO. No excuses. And tractor has to be equipped with what you need. Front hitch, pto, unlocks doesn’t matter. They have to get you going or get you a tractor. Deere won’t touch that here. The red and green sales guys here won’t make that guarantee.

I feel as much as we pay for this new equipment all manufacture should do this. There will always be parts on back order or not enough techs or whatever other challenges there are. So put some skin in the game to make sure we can get our jobs done as farmers. Just our experience.

How is the dealer going to get you a loaner when they don’t have another comparable tractor in the stable?

And 48 hours I’d defined as 4, 12 hours work days, so if it breaks on Wednesday through Friday six days. Cows gonna be hungry in that time.[/QUOTE

No, it's 48 hours as in 2 full days.
