If the dealer does not have a suitable replacement then they reach out to their Fendt rep and they locate a tractor for them or reach out to other dealers to find a tractor. If they dealer is unwilling to do these steps you need to call agco answers and explains the situation and they will have the fendt rep call you and it will get resolved.

I see it as it puts the dealer on the clock to get you going. Not the kick the can down the road routine or your tractor sits in their shop for three months or all the loaners are out. There are good and not so good dealers for every color. If you have a good green or red dealer that will keep you up and going like you need thats great. With Fendt every dealer is held to the same basic minimum standard. Some have a hard time holding that standard while others exceed it easily just like any other color.

No one today makes a tractor that is reliable with emissions crap. All livestock guys have plan B and C to get stock fed. The point is you will have your 250 to 500 plus thousand dollar tractor up and going in a week to get you back to plan A or a comparable loaner. No question asked, no excuses, no explanation need.
