Just wait, coming to a biden economy in the near future. A lot of stuff I buy has doubled in price in the last 2 years so we're not far off.
I agree. Lots of 30% to 100% increases in the last couple of years. Expecially in parts no matter where you get them. Fire, wind and liability are the next in line of huge increases. Lumber on the board is down but not at the retailer.
