Fuel truck showed up to fill barrel and 375 was empty so truck driver fuels versy out of truck. Take it back to the field and low power so change primary filter, it was black with algae. Still no power so changes final filter , still no power. Worked it for an hour no change. Local truck tech stopped to check it over and checked fuel pressure and it was 180 at idle . Took it to the field and watched pressure as we pulled it and fuel pressure stayed the same even when it pulled down . Looked for a screen that might be plugged somewhere in the system but found nothing . Certainly feels like fuel starvation and it fits with just fueling it up but what else to look for?
Does it have the extra fuel filter right up in front of the cab? I have seen them leak and suck air and cause goofy issues, if you get a #10 JIC male-male fitting you can bypass it in about 3 minutes and see if that fixes your issue.
