We just added the g4 stompers to our head. How much down pressure do you run on the stompers? I'm afraid to put them down too far, and then have them bunch up and push up a wad of trash and dirt. Currently have them set where they bend the stalk over a bit, but don't make it flat. I'd prefer the base of the stalks to be broken over completely, just haven't tried a lower setting yet.
Most of the time our stalks pop right back up but are busted at the ground. You can walk through them easily as they just flop over when your foot hits them. |
