Hi !, Jay-- Things coming along Ok I hope ? And Jay, I do miss milking- has been 27yrs ago the Cows left. At 80yrs of age I think my milking days are over--------- Ya THINK-?
My grandpa and great grandpa, on my mothers side (Zimmerman), were milking cows at 80, in a stanchion barn. Great Grandpa lived to 90 and Grandpa made it to 93. If you have the energy to babysit all those turkeys, you could probably still milk cows too!

My new rotary parlor should be fully operational this week. I still have a lot of work to do before we move cows. Silage and then soybeans have kept me busy until yesterday. Tried to lay some 15" pipe for the flush system, but blew a hose. Finally found someone at CAT dealer to make a new one and laying pipe this morning. 400' to go. Here is a pic of this mornings work:
