I definitely don't want the economy to crash, but I am concerned that it will. Why do you think CC debt is increasing rapidly? When has that ever been the sign of a strong economy? Throw some serious issues into the commercial real estate world on top of already tightening lending standards at banks. Add in repayment finally starting again on student loans and the increasing amount the government borrowing pulling funds away from lending to the private sector, you know, the part of the economy that actually creates something as opposed to the USPS?
