My wholesale price is 30% higher than the summer, I have kept my retail the same and sales are dead.
Sirloin and ny strip wholesale prices down, sales of those are dead also.
Hamburger and chuck up about 25% over summer prices.
I agree, restaurant business is still raging but many other retailers are down 10-40% from other businesses I talk to and also find out from suppliers | |
