I wonder if that is something that they have to put in but it defaults at the lowest factor of 75 and they missed it? I can't find any other 'factor' that would be entered in that spot. I hadn't thought about it, just figured it was that sequestered figure they always seem to take it by, but they never called that a 'factor' iirc.
