I’ve never seen ones like this before either but they do look handy. Did you notice how the most popular size 15 mm is almost double the smaller ones? I’m surprised Walmart carries them, does that mean they are cheaply made then???
I don't think Walmart carries them, they're just a middle-man, have to be ordered at Walmart.com. If you look at the complete ad, they are not available for pickup at the store, shipping only, might be able to get the same thing from Amazon.
