I’m fixing the odds and ends on a 976 versatile I bought. I’ve got just about everything fixed except for the oil pressure gauge. The led bar for oil pressure will fluctuate and it keeps beeping at me.

I just got the dash back from being reworked at ag express and everything checks out on that end. On my tractor, the sender looks to be some wires coming out the engine attached to a small black box. The pic of my sender is circled. It looks different than what I found a pic of on another forum. Is this the original sender that’s supposed to be on it and is there anyway to check if it’s good ? My local dealership is no help and say a new sender is not made anymore.

PS. I’ve done away with those old sender connectors since the pic was taken and recrimped it properly.

New Holland part number 81869698 still appears to be available on Messicks as they have 4 in stock. Don't know about Versatile, their part number is 09706025 for the sender or they list a conversion kit of some sort which is 09861043.
