He can set up an account with any number of brokerage agencies.

I work through Zaner, I hardly make any trades in the year for the past few years. I get a daily newsletter on strategies sent to my email. It's full of explanations, targets, and provides me with a little knowledge I can have a real conversation with my broker.

Deposit a few thousand dollars, get set up. Brokerage fees are something like $.015 full turn on trades, no interest on deposits.

It's not the cheapest option, but I personally think I get my value from it and it does make me a better marketer when I rely on forward contracts instead.
