Not to mention all the people with more money than common sense that build their "dream" houses on the side of a cliff, on a wooded mountain side, on the coast of a hurricane beach, in a flood plain along a river. Then are shocked by a wildfire, hurricane, or flood. Insurance company reps are just as guilty for even considering insuring some of those places.
