Been using them for 6 or 7 yrs . . . . better then 55 gal drums ! Get them at bulk oil pricing when offered during seasonal sale times . . .
Don't know what the op got 3 gallon loose in a box would be strange, but I have no problem with the 6gal eco boxes like these. Stack well and easier to fill a jug out of than a 5 gal bucket. Way better than quarts.
