What_If - 11/5/2023 14:20 Do these bags have some type of an on/off valve or a cap? Once opened, can they be shut if the whole bag was not used?

Yes, see my post above - the valve is a spigot that has a quarter turn on/off and swivels/rotates up and down to help prevent drips . . . .
