Speak to me like I’m a drunk baboon: what should a guy get into, and what should a guy get out of based off these scary market conditions? Land? Stocks? CD’s? Precious metals? Should a guy keep his fixed low interest loans or try to get out of all debt possible? I’ll hang up and listen.
