Sulfur would probably do more to get microbial activity going.
The rate I applied meltdown was 32oz/a with 10 gal water. Even if I don’t see any yield benefit I’m thinking it will make strip tilling and planting a breeze in the spring. Too much residue from 250+bu irrigated. It’s a good problem to have, I also think it’s an opportunity to build OM better than any other rotation.
