Subject: RE: Rotella in a plastic bag

SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!

jd43 - 11/5/2023 06:28 I picked up a 3 gal. box of Rotella oil at Walmart. I was thinking this case doesn't feel right but I was in a hurry. When I got home, I opened the box to put a Gallon jug in the pickup toolbox in case the combine needed it. To my surprise it was a plastic bag with a spout vs. the jugs. I don't get it. Yea the spout is nice but how do I know how much I'm putting in a motor. If this was attempted to be more "green friendly". I think Shell failed. Plastic is plastic if bag or jug. I don't get it. Maybe a cost thing or government subsidy to be more green. I wonder if a 5 gal. pail will have a bag of oil in it? My goofy of the day.

They don't measure worth a darn but I can get them to pour into places tight without a funnel and no mess, Jury is still out in my case. Kinda like having both,
