Can they gross 3k a year every year though? Assuming they rotate so its a once every 2 or 3 ..maybe 4 year. Tomato guys here can gross$5000/ac.. but they have to rotate.. and much higher input costs. They still do well but not as well as you'd think with a 5k gross.
