I have stated many times that spending needs to be cut and for every percent spending is cut taxes must be raised by half that same percent. So cut spending by 5% and raise taxes by 2.5% until budget is balanced.
everybody needs to feel the pain which is the opposite of the popular view on this site which is EVERYBODY ELSE needs to feel the pain,
