Skid steer is most likely to be lighter on its feet, along with more nimble. Power, reach, lifting capacities lean towards the telly (maybe even easier entering/exiting). BTW, I have a telly

No maybe about the easier entry and exit, that one’s indisputable. Telehandlers are much easier and immeasurably safer for operator access. Skid steer being lighter on its feet is debatable, you get bigger tires on the telehandler and they aren’t digging in every time you turn.

We had a tracked skid steer for a year. I couldn’t get the guys to use it, they’d go for any machine other than the skid steer (already had a telehandler, wheel loader and forklift). Ended up selling it and getting another telehandler.

JCB skid steer would be pretty much equivalent to a telehandler in ease of access. Honestly can’t believe monoboom isn’t the standard in the industry. I’ll never go back to climbing over the attachment.
