HA come to Ontario.. corn and bean ground going for 30k in spots...primarily livestock or feather guys that need land to spread poop on. In my area its 30-45k for greenhouses. Knock roughly 30% to convert to USD
I was over near Exeter this summer and they said some ground went for 50,000. This guy said his bid was 27,000 and was surprised what it ended up bringing.
