I'll take that any day compared to $1200 gross(300 bushel x $4 corn) on $25000 Iowa land.
That area has some of the best soil in the world.
$17000 works with those crops AND some/all cash money. Interest not a factor.
Pembina has awesome soil, perfect moisture (18 yrs out of 20)
Mild temp in the growing season.
If it was hotter they wd avg 250 corn easily.
