I think rayjenkins had a saying that really stuck with me and i seem to be able to apply it to pretty much any situation: "cheap is just half way down". In this instance, the reverse could be applied to the land price as well as interest rates (both could go Much higher). There was a time in my memory that borrowing 10% money wasnt bad at all, and i aint that old (no wise cracks!)
