| That track of repeated hail actually runs at least as far as Keosauqua. There’s a little piece at my MILs on Hwy 16 that’s been in the epicenter three years running, it’s good ground for Van Buren co. but has always been a swamp and a struggle with replant and lousy stands. We pattern tiled it right before getting frozen out last fall, built a couple terraces, fixed it up real nice. Planted on time, best stand that’s ever been on it, sidedressed NH3, shredded June 11. Barely, just barely, made 100 bpa…..
