Ethan whether you’re just trying to gain views or this video represents your honest and legitimate views I would consider deleting and taking a step back and see what else is going on in your career or life.

Starting from scratch would be hard and your comment about putting out all the expenses and then someone else selling the crop and keeping the money doesn’t pass the logic test. You’re leaving parts of the situation out or you’re nervous and not fully explaining but either way it’s odd.

Land rent contracts on paper and signed should be in place and also agreements on crop & expense share on paper and signed. Protect yourself.

Dad wont sign a contract. Yes, after rewatching the video stuff was left out that should of been mentioned. The year i mentioned was supposed to be 2/3, 1/3 just like his former renters but all of it was sold to his corporation. Like i said, its just a rant and maybe not a good one at that. Dads done everything he can to control all the money, im not supposed to have anything to grow the farm or even have typical living expenses. I was born to be his clone (his exact words) but im not.
I got delt some hard to deal with cards. Probably trying find a way deal with severe depression ive been delt (have stuff and appointments for it but not enough at times). Do everything i can to change things for the better but get knocked back at everstep, or seems like it. I probably wont take the video down but maybe somehow explain it better. If people dont want to hear it mute it and just watch the action.

I take steps back and look almost daily on if the operation is right, run numbers to make sure there is roi. 9 out of 10 times there is. Just do what i can to the best of my ability.
