nc ks | Couldn't watch it all. Farming takes a lot more than crop production. May not be the most interesting part, but you have to pay attention to the finances and fsa/insurance and the way things are signed up and act accordingly. If there is theft, it needs reported and dealt with or payment and reimbursement. Don't know how old you are, but it sounds like you don't have all your ducks in a row?
Edit to add. Most important ducks in a row. I'm old and realise I'll never get all my ducks in a row.
