I bought a 300bu grain dump trailer. It’s made from an old single axle truck. It has 7.5-20 tires on it.

Would you fill it full or do I need to be careful with it?
Axle is centered so let’s assume the Weight will all be on it.

I have a couple hundred acres of wheat and will be using this to haul most of it to town, 16miles from farthest farm.

Adding brakes won't be as hard as a lot of people think. Look up electric over hydraulic brakes. Couple friends of mine have hydraulic brake axles on trailers run by an electric brake controller. Good tires, lights and brakes, and you should be in better shape than the trucks that used to haul that much.
