Starting from scratch would be hard and your comment about putting out all the expenses and then someone else selling the crop and keeping the money doesn’t pass the logic test. You’re leaving parts of the situation out or you’re nervous and not fully explaining but either way it’s odd.
Land rent contracts on paper and signed should be in place and also agreements on crop & expense share on paper and signed. Protect yourself. | |
