The only real problem I’ve seen with an oversized tractor is not getting the exhaust hot enough for emissions to work right, which is obviously not a concern in this case.



Excellent point to consider. As said it’s rare I wish I had less hp. I planted +90 acres wheat with a FWA with duals 200 hp on a 13 foot grain drill. It felt stupid. But +17 miles each way for 100 hp tractor and loose auto-steer.
All summer I looked at +20 drills. But realize I should stick to mine. Simple, basic. 50 to 100 acres max a 13’ is plenty.
