the "other current liabilities" of $1.8 Billion would be concerning to me... It would be interesting to see the detail behind that lil line item. Guessing a big part of that number is maybe a large mortgage or shareholder investment is up for renewal??

How concerning is it really, with a current ratio of 1.4?

Taxes could be part of that “other current liabilities.” I know that’s a good chunk of that line item on our farm.
