SW Iowa | A heated shop provides a lot of value to someone who likes to do their own repairs, maintenance, custom build projects, keep engines warm in the winter. Everything takes 3x longer in the winter when working in the cold. If you see value in having a shop in the future, put up a building that can become a shop. Utilizing a shop can help pay for a shed, but I don't think utilizing a shed helps to pay for a shop. | |
