Your concrete price is probably very low, maybe by 30%.
$15K might buy one 16X24 overhead door, doors are outrageous.
Electrical can be a pandoras box too. Do you have the capability to add more to your current service? I did not, so new service and trench a line is $5100. Then add a service panel and the electrical bill all of a sudden becomes close to $50K on top of the $5100. That's assuming you can even get tradespeople who are swamped and can be picky about their jobs to even call you back.
