| I hear your point, but the first bin I built was a 60k bu grain bin that I could half fill. I got teased a lot about it. Now there are 2 bins and a leg, both bins full. I tend to error on the overbuilding side with the expectation I will grow into it.
If I build the cold storage now I will continue without a shop for a number of years as I have other things my capital needs to address.
80X100 leaves room for metal working, and a couple large projects torn apart at once say working on 40ft planter and 40ft drill, plus the ability to park a few machines in there that I want to keep warm and ready to start. That’s my logic anyways. | |
