Forget the concrete floor , before you erect , put down a good base and fines on top and then roll with heavy vibrating roller . Done 1 like that years ago and have a 68 X 104 going up next week that we have done also . Forget the overhead doors also if you want to keep costs down , just use roller doors . You can always add overheads later if you like . Get your machinery under roof , save up some $$, and build your shop down the road . | |
