CNY | One option you mentioned is $87k. The other is $183k. Do you have $183k to spend? I wouldn’t borrow that much, but I’m cheap. If you need storage, build storage. If you need a shop, build a shop. If you build the storage building so that in 10 years you can make it into a shop, you’ll have 10 years to think about all the things you should have done differently to make it a better shop.
