| I'd build specifically what you need when you need it. Crecent wrenches, gravity boxes and pull type sprayers get the job done, but the tools better designed for the job always work better
You need cold storage so build cold storage. Make it big and cheap. In a few years build a shop you need/want. don't go crazy on size but make it efficient. I see guys using a heated shop as their machine shed. I dont get that.
