| Costs have gotten completely out f sight. Concrete nearing $200/yard. Double that cost when including bar, wire, placement, finishing. Good insulated overhead doors and openers will be double that guess. Trying to replace the furnaces in my shop, $12K. And electrical and lighting could be easily $50K. Biggest question is do you try to do something now guessing things will get worse, or hope that some sanity returns after the next election. Will you be able to afford/justify that expense? | |
