| Need to build more storage for machinery. 60X96 wood structure is $87,000. Dirt floor. Will every only be cold storage. Or should I build the bare bones of a shop for a little more and just use it as cold storage until I grow into it?
Saw a quote for QE metal buildings at $76,000 for 80X100X18 non insulated. Another 12k for insulation? Erect it myself. Can a guy figure $7sqft for concrete anymore? Another $3/sqft for insulation and vapor barrier. 15k for a couple nice doors. That’s $183,000. Figure I can use it as cold storage for the first couple years and grow into it. Any suggestions how to approach it? Am 28. | |
