Near-north Ontario, French River | Yes CT still takes the old paper money. My brother passed away in May 22, going through his things we found close to $700 in CT money. Walked into the store with a wadd of "cash" and they accepted it without even checking the count. We had it bundled up in various amounts , but there were 100 of 'bills' so I think they just trust us instead of spending an hour counting it all out. |
