Test weight has zero effect on yield so just remember anyone saying so is a buffoon. Problem solved
But, just because a hybrid has a higher test weight doesn't mean it yielded more. What I see on here by some is they almost ignore the yield column and rank hybrids on the test weight column.
Test weight should be viewed more as a tie breaker in my opinion. Two hybrids that yield almost exactly the same consistently....... well then give me the higher test weight one with everything else being equal.
