It is a 508 ,the 508 had a 6x6 beam and the 588 had a 6x8 beam . The 548 had the cylinder at the front left side of the plow with a pipe going to the rear to raise the tail wheel . Sold 100's of 508's and 588's over the years
My 548 has the cylinder on the back. The original poster’s plow looks similar.
