Guess I wouldn't worry about tillage or lack of as to what others do. Do what's best for your situation and more likely what one is capable of understanding and carrying out successfully in your operation. Change and being a student of a new process is difficult for many - this is why we have silly arguments about "management" causing the problems some have. It hits too close to home when that's brought up as the main issue.

Shoot, meant to add beans here were about 10% under APH this year as light soils needed one more rain after August 15th and sputtered to the end. Zero corn out personally but will get going after this rain and reports of good to phenomenal corn yields in the area. Only several tenths so far out of this storm front unlike the multiple inches that were had in central WI.
