Looks good. Here fall application of manure (or any N source) is not allowed unless it is to a growing crop and soil nitrate levels are below 10 ppm for wheat and 15 ppm for barley. Not sure about nitrate levels for other crops. I think if you have animals and manure is not stackable there exceptions to the regs.

Do you pull nitrate samples on your corn before side dress? We pull soil nitrates at V3-5 (and sometimes later) and the levels determine nitrogen side dress amounts.
