You have been very vocal in your need for properly controlled studies otherwise you can’t trust the results. Can you tell us, by your expertise, what effect this would have on any stat derived from such data?
I am very certain that you will try to deflect. This isn’t about whether it is true or not. That will just be an argument that gets no where. I want you to explain to us how accurate the derived stats would be and what effect it would have on the results, using your knowledge of how statistics work.
