| This got me thinking a little. Is it normal to expect the reaction to a vaccine to be worse than the virus itself? At first blush I thought no, but the delivery methods are drastically different. In the case of this particular virus we're talking about primarily getting infected through the mucus membranes, right? Meanwhile the vaccine is delivered straight into our body by injection. So maybe my thinking is flawed once that's considered.
You're absolutely right though; short of using a time machine is nigh impossible to know if the vaccine or the virus would be worse for any individual person. I won't hesitate to say I am working off assumptions. | |
