You are spouting misinformation when you say it was an experimental vaccine.
The mRNA vaccine was tested and proven safe many years ago but never found a good use until Covid came along.
Tweaking the mRNA vaccine to give protection from Covid is not a new vaccine just a different use of a proven vaccine technology
Every single dose of the vaccine that has been shot into people has been under an experimental use permit. Not one shot of the “approved” stuff has been given.
So how can you say it is not an experimental vaccine?
