The vaccine does stop the disease quicker than in those without vaccines.
That has been shown by % of patients ending up in hospital or dying comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Not a scientific analysis, as subjects all vary and will react differently. The test would have to be conducted on clones in the same environment.
